Here you should simply make sure that the look and smell of the product are what you are used to and that there are no particular abnormalities. In this case, particular abnormalities mean, for example, that the product has a dull color or has a sour smell. If one or even both are the case, please discard the product. However, a slight weakening of the fragrance with increasing age is quite normal.
Due to the increased hygiene requirements in the hotel sector, we have additionally protected our hotel goods with a higher proportion of mild preservatives permitted in natural cosmetics.
We use recycled PCR material made from European household waste for our bottles. Unfortunately, glass is not an adequate alternative for us as packaging, as it is very energy-intensive to process and causes high CO2 emissions during transport due to its heavy weight. In addition, the risk of breakage in the bathroom is too high.
As a natural cosmetics brand, the subject of animal testing is particularly important to us. Therefore, of course, all end products from STOP THE WATER WHILE USING ME! 100% free from animal testing - there's no question about that. Our company is against animal testing, does not conduct animal testing and does not commission animal testing, anything else would be prohibited by our corporate philosophy. In addition, animal testing is strictly prohibited in Europe in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetics. In addition, our products - with the exception of our Lemon Honey care series - are vegan.
We currently only offer a dosing pump for our refill canisters. You can optionally add these free of charge at check-out when purchasing a canister. In order to reduce packaging waste to a minimum, you can only purchase our pump bottles in full.
No, you cannot buy empty pump bottles from us. We only offer our pump bottles complete, including the contents. But we are sure that this one will also convince you - just give it a try!
Currently we do not offer tester products or promotional material for POS. However, we are currently working on a solution and will be coming to you with exciting news soon. If you want to try our products in the meantime, we recommend our Travel Minis, which are ideal for testing due to their size.
Basically, our brand has a reduce-waste philosophy, which is why, as you know, our products are refillable. This is precisely why we pay attention to the highest quality, durability and durability with regard to the packaging used. This is the only way we can ensure that our bottles can be used for several years after a one-time purchase - and do not have to be disposed of after a few months.

It is important that the pump is still filled with the remainder of the product. Air pockets should be avoided as they impair the functionality of the pump. Prior cleaning with water should be avoided, since mixing with water leads to an increased risk of contamination. In addition, the pump should only be used with the same product.
We originally offered a refill option for our canisters. Unfortunately, this has proven to be insufficiently sustainable. For example, the water consumption for cleaning the canisters is extremely high. Maybe interesting for you: If you decide on a 5l canister, you already save the material of a good 16 200ml bottles with the first canister.
Delivery & Returns
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery on a desired date. We currently ship with DHL GoGreen. The shipping time within Germany is usually only two to three days. For international shipments, it may take longer. Since we have to reckon with larger order quantities for B2B orders, the shipping time here depends on the availability of the goods.
As a rule, the orders are dispatched within two working days. If a product from the order requires a longer shipping time, this shipping time also applies to all other items in the order. We rely on climate-neutral shipping, which is why all our packages are sent with DHL GoGreen. If, contrary to expectations, you regret your purchase, the goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the condition and quantity in which you received them. For our B2B customers with a German delivery address, the minimum order value is 250 euros. From an order value of 500 euros, shipping is free of charge.
