Minimalist vs. maximalist – which type are you?

minimalist. Less is definitely more these days.

When do you think "bigger" is "better"?

Bigger is always better when there is a clear advantage. For example, if the scoop of chocolate ice cream is a bit larger or, as with the new XXL range, packaging materials can be saved.

What does sustainability mean to you?

Treating what the earth gives us with respect.

What do you think of waterless piece products? Do you have any application tips?

Terrific! I now use solid products in almost all areas of body care. My tip to everyone who is trying out the cool bars for the first time: be patient. Skin and hair always need a little time to get used to the new type of cleansing.

Your plan B for social media?

To work full-time in my small shop "Naturalou" in Braunschweig to continue to promote an environmentally friendly everyday life there.

If you could change one thing in the world, what would it be?

I would free people from negative feelings like hate. War and strife have never done us or the planet any good.

Which tip changed your life?

Not necessarily a tip, but the following quote from the Austrian writer Stefan Zweig had a special impact on me: "Many small people in many small places, who take many small steps, can change the face of the world." Since the day I did it After reading this for the first time, I know my efforts are paying off.

What does water as a resource mean to you?

Water is my absolute favorite element. Without water there would be no life. We are two-thirds water, making it the most important food of all. With only 3% of the world's freshwater supply, supply is extremely scarce. Therefore, a highly sensitive handling of the resource is my top priority.

"Think Big" means to me...
aim for a happy future.
What can't you get enough of?
Exciting documentaries that encourage self-reflection and stay in your head for days.
What superpower would you like to have?
time travel. Not necessarily to change history, but to immerse yourself in other epochs and to be able to experience the particularly precious moments again and again.
Princess or Robber's Daughter?
Clearly - robber's daughter
What was the bravest thing you've done in your life?
Swim with orcas in the open sea. A wonderful event that I will never forget.
Which headline would you like to read in the future?
"The last piece of plastic - garbage finally completely fished out of oceans"
What question should we have asked you?
No. That was a good mix.
Do you always have the last word?
If I still answer this question - definitely yes.
